EXCAVATIONS & RESISTIVITY SURVEY NEAR SITES OF ROMAN TEMPLE & BARROWS FOUND A TRACKWAY, ROADS & TRACES OF A FORD ON BANKS OF RIVER TWIN. ALSO FOUND: BUILDING PLATFORMS, DITCHES, GULLIES & A CREMATION CEMETERY. TRACK WAS PRE-ROMAN? OTHER FEATURES BUILT C1 AD. NGR TO SITE CENTRE (B5).
