Two Lower Palaeolithic handaxes, a retouched flake and a Levallois flake were found by Treacher at Dean's Pit. The objects were found in an area of Solifluxion gravel above Winter Hill Gravel.

A Bronze Age bronze axe was found on the surface at Deep Mill Farm in circa 1914. It is now in Buckinghamshire County Museum, Aylesbury (accession number 339).
