Description

All Saints Churchyard was previously larger than at present - the 1849 tithe map shows it extending further to the northeast. With the construction of Castle Street in the later 19th century, part of the churchyard became detached and in 1995 was in use as a small park although it was still shown as a graveyard on the 1925 25-inch OS map (B19).
