Description

PART OF FLEET MARSTON ROMAN SMALL TOWN; EXTENDS ALONG AKEMAN STREET NW OF A PRESUMED FORDING POINT ON THE RIVER THAME. SEE ALSO CASS 00656, 00622, 01025, 06140, 06222, 06223.
Two parallel linear anomalies aligned NE-SW represent side ditches lining a tributary roadway off Akeman Street. Further anomalies form small enclosures lining the roadway, and a large square enclosure is located to the SE (B15).
