Timber framed manor house constructed during the 15th century to 16th century and partly rebuilt in the 19th century. It is of 2-storeys and has an old tile roof. Known as Yewden Manor, now divided into 4 appartments.

Bronze Age palstave found in a sandpit to the north of Yewden at Hambleden. The find is now in the County Museum, Aylesbury, accession number 140.36. Field investigations in 1974 found that the site was occupied by a car park.
