Windmill known from eighteenth and nineteenth century maps, aerial photographs and field-name evidence, visible as an earthwork in 1940s; modern land use is woodland

Site of post-mill recorded in sixteenth and seventeenth century documents, mill mound recorded in earthwork survey. It had a diameter of 30 metres, and was 1.6 metres high. There is no evidence of an encircling ditch at the foot of the slope.
