Description

DREDGING OF DRIED-UP LAKE BY NAT TRUST: SBMDC INVITED TO SEARCH BEFORE RE-FILLING. FINDS MADE IN 2 AREAS: 1) IN SILT DUMP (SU8340 9425); 2) IN LAKE BED (SU8323 9455). FINDS FROM 2 AREAS INCLUDE 237 PROBABLE COINS, MAINLY ROMAN & PARTS OF 5 RB BROOCHES (SEE 00:001 & 01-02) (B1-2).
