Roman pit and ditches and modern features identified during trial trench evaluation and subsequent excavation

An Iron Age and/or Roman subcircular enclosure, ditches and boundary ditches are visible on aerial photographs as cropmarks and were mapped as part of the Aylesbury Vale Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18604).
