Description

Trial trench dug where scrape for M25 showed med pot. 2 phases of excavation showed 4 C13 kilns producing mainly unglazed jugs, cooking pots, bowls in sandy fabric. Bounds of production area defined by surface finds & magnetometer survey (B1 & see CASS 05242).
