Description

Plan Form - L shaped.
House, now 2 shops, 2 storeys, part attic. Main block facing street built c1500. Ground floor pierced by archway. Wing at back added c1625 (further detail) (B1).
No. 1 C16, timber-framed; No. 2 Georgian (B3).
Full history of building, now demolished. Confirmed built as 1 house in C15 (B4-5).

A history of nos. 1 & 2, Market Hill, Buckingham, following their demolition in 1966/67 (B8).
