Description

Grade II. C18 timber-framed, brick and weatherboarded walls. Old tile roof. Two gabled cart entrances, lean-to on yard side. Seven bays, jowled posts with curved braces to tie beams which carry curved principals supporting two sets of purlins (B10).
Evaluation test pit (1) dug prior to site redevelopment revealed evidence for medieval occupation (see :04:001). Test pits 2 & 3 negative (B6).
