CRANWELL, THE NAME OF 2 ESTATES, FORMERLY MANORIAL, SURVIVES IN CRANWELL FARM. PART OF EYTHROPE ACQUIRED NAME CRANWELL MANOR BY EARLY C13 & PRESERVED IDENTITY AS MANOR INTO C19. ALSO 2ND ESTATE CALLED IN EARLY C16 CRANWELL MANOR (B1).
