Fabricator

A tool used to manufacture other kinds of stone implement by flaking. Fabricators date to the Mesolithic and Neolithic and are made of flint. Mesolithic fabricators have been found at Kimble Farm in Turville, along with other tools of a similar date. Neolithic fabricators have been found at Siblet's Wood in Chalfont St Peter.
