History and archaeology magazines

There are a number of archaeology and history magazines that you can either subscribe to or buy. They cover archaeological discoveries in the whole of Britain or an even wider area.

British Archaeology is the magazine of the Council for British Archaeology. It is available in WHSmiths but it is also available by subscription.

Current Archaeology covers recent archaeological discoveries in Britain and Current World Archaeology, the world. 

BBC History magazine and History Today are both widely available in newsagents and have articles on a wide range of historical subjects.
