Description
Grade II. Partly C16 and possibly earlier. The entrance between the return of Chris Lee Carriage Company Limited and Nos 4 to 10 (even) Oxford Road and The Old Mill House. Over the door a 2-paned sash window. On the return and within the porch to The Old Mill House, 2 sash windows. All 3 windows with glazing bars. Pebbledashed; old tile roof (B7).
Part of a range of buildings shown on maps from 1602 onwards and recorded as the mill house in the 1842 Tithe Map schedule (B8).
