Description

OS MARKS 'SAWMILL' APPROX AT NGR (B3). 1849 'SAWMILL & PREMISES' SHOWN APPROX AT NGR (B4). OS MARKS 'SAWMILL' AT NGR (THEN IN WEST WYCOMBE PARISH)(B5). WEST WYCOMBE ESTATE MILL - CORN & LATER SAWMILL (B7). Mill erected during 1770s. Internal evidence suggests first used as a corn mill, before conversion to sawmill in 19th century. Converted into a residence in 1920s (B11).
