IN THE GRAVEL OUTCROP WAS A HEARTH OF THE RB PERIOD, NOT EXCAVATED. THE OUTCROP SLOPED DOWN TO THE NE SO THAT THE DITCH OR NATURAL VALLEY WHICH WAS FILLED IN WOULD HAVE HAD A NW-SE COURSE(B1)
