PRESENCE OF BUILDING ON PROBABLE SITE OF FORMER PRIORY SUGGESTED BY 2 WALL FOOTINGS, DISCOVERED DURING EARTHMOVING. NO ASSOCIATED FINDS, INDEED TOPSOIL WAS REMARKABLY BARREN. FOR EXACT POSITION OF FOOTING SEE PLAN ON CAS FILE (B8). NGR TO ?BUILDING/PRIORY SITE (B6,8).
