Description

Dimensions - Height 244cm.
Plan Form - Octagonal.
Grade II. Remains of cross. C14. Stone. Stepped base to octagonal shaft with remnants of moulded cap (B8).
Ball-flower ornament &C on part of head; & rounded stops at the angles of the highest steps (B4).
NGR to All Saints Church & cross (B6).

In the churchyard near the N porch of Hillesden Church is the base, stem and fragment of the head of a 14th c cross (B4)
The cross is situated at SP 68562877. See photograph (23).
