POTTERY FOUND IN W CORNER OF FIELD AT APPROX NGR IN 1982/3, WHEN 2 HOLES WERE DUG FOR GATEPOSTS. INCLUDED 23 HANDLES, 13 RIMS, 44 BASES & MANY SHERDS INCLUDING 1 WHICH MAY BE 'EARLY BRILL' WARE (B5). FOR EARLY BRILL WARE SEE B8; FOR REPORT ON BOARSTALL POTTERY SEE B6 P110-116.
