Description

THE ANCIENT MANOR OF THE LORD LAKES (ASTON CLINTON HOUSE) WAS SURROUNDED BY A MOAT (B1).

The remains of a moat may be visible in the earthworks mapped as part of the Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18604) within the parkland at the site of Aston Clinton House - see MBC21785 for full information from this project. (6)
