MILL, BELONGING TO SAVOY MANOR STOOD NEAR STARTOP' S END, ON A SPOT NOW INCLUDED IN THE RESERVOIR BANK OR JUST OUTSIDE IT. LATER USED AS A PAPER MILL (B3).
SITE/NGR DERIVED FROM B1,B3.
BUILDING OF CANAL HAD MAJOR EFFECT ON LOCAL TOPOGRAPHY (B4).
