Description

Grade II. 2 piers with railings flanking gateway. Early C18. Brick piers with moulded stone bases and cornices, ball finials and carved stone scrolls to side pilasters. Wrought iron diamond railings, the standard panels with scrolls and crests. Inner gate piers are C19 replacements of cast iron. At entrance to south avenue planted under direction of George London (B8).
