SADDLE QUERN FOUND STICKING OUT OF PIT SECTION (05:000) IN N FACE OF GRAVEL PIT,RESTING ON BED OF RED & YELLOW CLAY,DIFFERENT FROM REST OF PIT FILL, WITH RUBBER STONE ABOVE. QUERN IDENTIFIED BY K M KENY ON AS IRON AGE A TYPE. FOUND BY R F H SUMMERS; GIVEN TO BCM (B6).
IDENTIFIED AS UPPER STONE (B13).
