Description

YARD, SURFACE MOSTLY COBBLED. FEATURES CUT INTO SURFACE, & ALSO A STONE MOUNTING-BLOCK. FINDS CONFIRM C13-14 AS MAIN PERIOD OF OCCUPATION, BUT A FEW C 15-16 SHERDS SUGGEST YARD STILL OPEN AT THIS DATE. NB; LIMESTONE DRAIN, &PIT/?SOAKAWAY WITH C12-13 P OTTERY, UNDER COBBLED SURFACE (BI3)
