Description

BONE PIN, BROKEN TOWARDS POINT AND WITH CARVED HEAD. 3 RIB MOULDINGS AT TOP OF SHAFT WITH A SIMPLE VERSION OF ACANTHUS MOULDING ABOVE. HEAD BECOMES ROUGHLY SQUARE & PIERCED THROUGH HORIZONTALLY WITH A CIRCULAR HOLE. ABOVE THIS,EACH FACE ENDS IN A SMALL CENTRAL TRIANGULAR PEAK WITH TWO VERTICAL PROJECTIONS ON EACH SIDE. A SECOND PLAIN BONE PIN HAS BEEN LOST (B9).
