SEVERAL SAWPITS IN WOOD, 3 IN POND AREA, OTHERS ELSEWHERE (SEE MAP IN B11). GRAVE-SHAPED, BEING LONG, NARROW & DEEP, C5-6M LONG, 2M WIDE, 1.5M DEEP IN PRESENT CONDITION. THEIR PRESENCE SUGGESTS THE WOODS CONTAINED STANDARD AS WELL AS COPPICED TREES (B11).
