TRENCH DUG THROUGH SCHEDULED AREA BY D ROCKWELL FOR SOUTHERN ELECTRICITY BOARD. TRENCHES ONLY 24CM WIDE, SO SECTIONS COULD NOT BE PROPERLY SEEN. S THIRD CUT THROUGH SHALLOW TOPSOIL ON CLAY-WITH-FLINTS ON CHALK. 3 FLINT FLAKES FROM IS AREA. REMAINDER CUT THROUGH DISTURBED GARDEN SOIL (B15).
