Plan Form - CIRCULAR
UNDER GRASSED-OVER SOIL MOUND. SOUTH FACING TUNNEL IS 180CM LONG, 100CM WIDE & 150 CM HIGH. DOOR IS STILL INTACT. DISTANCE BETWEEN ICEHOUSE AND BUILDING IT SERVED (THE ABBEY) IS ABOUT 100M. SOURCE OF ICE LIKELY TO HAVE BEEN GARDEN LAKE CALLED THE MOAT (B1).
