Description
The Aqua Vale swimming complex opened in the early 21st Century. It is on [near] the site of an earlier pool that dates to 1935. Includes a 20m outdoor heated swimming pool, linked directly to indoor pools opened in November 2001. Open all the year round (9).

The complex includes a 25m competition pool, a fun pool, gym and fitness studios. The outdoor pool was subsequently roofed over (after 2006) and is now 'The Glasshouse' pool.
