Description

Plan Form - Square.
Lychgate. Circa 1882-91. Flint, Lime stone dressings, steeply pitched tiled roof. Moulded 2-centred arches on pairs of slender attached shafts, those to N.W. corner with carved foliage capitals. Inner sides have recessed panels with stone sills and lintels, and jambs with paired shafts and cushion capitals. Included for group value (B6).
