Description

ACCOUNTS OF EXCAVATION OF WELL ARE CONFLICTING (JPP). WELL 6.83M DEEP, TOP DIAMETER 2M, BOTTOM DIAMETER 0.064M (B3). WELL EXCAVATED TO C.4.5M, BUT NO FURTHER DUE TO LARGE BOULDER BLOCKING IT (B4). WELL THEN LOST TO EARTHMOVING (B5). PIECES OF WOOD C/M LONG - FROM COLONNADE AROUND WELL-TOP? (B6).
