Description

Garden building of about c1850. Thought to be designed by Joseph Bonomi c. 1840s as a retreat for his second young family. Located on the Pinery Lawn within the Kitchen Garden (Pinery, c. 1759-60, demolished, 1850s). Situated on a axial to Lady Elizabeth Lee’s Temple of Flora. A local note building within the Conservation Area of Hartwell (B24).
