Dimensions - Width 60cm, Depth 60cm.
ARTEFACTS FOUND IN DITCH AT MR A E TAPLIN'S BRICKFIELD BY THE OWNER. DITCH WHERE EXCAVATED COULD NOT HAVE BEEN DEFENSIVE AS TOO SMALL, BUT WORKMEN SAID THAT IT WIDENED OUT IN SOME PLACES. FINDS INCLUDED EARLY BRONZE AGE AXE (01:000), POTTERY, MAINLY ROMAN (02:001,02:002) & BURNT STONES (B1-10).
