Description

GRANTED BY ROBERT VIPONT TO KNIGHTS TEMPLARS 1227. 1307 PASSED TO KNIGHTS HOSPITALLERS. HELD IT TILL DISSOLUTION. It was retained by the crown until 1553, when it was granted to John Cock and John Thurgood (B3).
