Description

Plaque in St.Giles church to commemorate death of L.Cp James Beckley who was killed at Bloemfontein in 1900 dring the 2nd Boer War. The plaque is a Nowy-headed white marble tablet mounted on a stone, (slate?), backing. Originally on the south wall the memortial was moved to the north ailse in 1965 (B1).
