Description

A marble plaque with family crest and the swords of the two officers displayed about the plaque. The plaque is dedicated to Captain Beverley Ussher of the Prince of Wales Leinster Regiment of the Royal Canadians who was killed in action at the Dardanelles 19 June 1915. Also to Captain Stephen Ussher of 129th Duke of Connaughts Own Baluchis Indian Army who was killed in action on 16 December 1914 at Givenchy, France. Also dedicated to Arthur Basil Ussher who died in 1899, aged 7. All sons of the Revd Richard Ussher, Vicar of the parish and his wifer Mary. In good condition (B1).
