Description

White marble wall-mounted shield dedicated to the memory of L-Cpl George Gudgin of the Machine Corps who was killed in action in France on 6 June 1917. The plaque is shield shaped measuring 600mm (h) by 450mm (w) and bears the relief of Machine Gun Corps beneath the inscription. In good condition (B1).
