Description
PITS P10-P16 WERE ATTRIBUTED TO C12. A FEW SMALL ONES MAY HAVE BEEN POST PITS; LARGER ONES STORAGE PITS. OF NOTE IS THE LARGE NUMBER OF DOVE BONES FOUND IN P12 & P13; DOVE BREEDING WAS A SIEGNURIAL PREROGATIVE, SO THIS MAY INDICATE A MANOR HOUSE STOOD NEARBY. (PITS DESCRIBED IN B1, P260).
