LITTLE DOUBT THAT EITHER A LARGE MANSION OR RELIGOUS HOUSE EXISTED HERE IN EARLY TIMES. IN A FIELD CONTIGUOUS TO CHURCH SOME YEARS AGO FOUNDATIONS OF BUILDINGS DISCOVERED WHILST WIDENING A STREAM - PROB REMAINS OF OLD VILLAGE (B2).
