Description

IN ADDITION TO AXES & CLEAVERS LISTED IN 01:001-003, THERE ARE A FURTHER 51 AXES FROM THE BRITISH MUSEUM LISTED IN BUCKS PAL.INDEX. OF THE TOTAL 68 AXES, 51% ARE LESS THAN 100MM LONG, 26% ARE 101-120MM, 12% ARE 121-140MM & 10% ARE 141-170MM LONG. ALL ARE STAINED & MOST ARE ROLLED (B8).
