Description

Probable eighteenth or nineteenth century milestone presumed missing from B 482 near Blue Flag PH in Cadmore End. On OS map. Not recorded in November 1995 on Bucks CC Chilterns Milestone Survey. [ Location available ] (B1).
Not on updated Milestone Society survey in 2002.
Confirmed by handwritten notes on OS 1'' (1835) Bucks sheet 4. On page 5 of notes Marlow to Stokenchurch (M) route. Inscription: Stoke 2: Marlow 6. [ Handwritten notes consulted ] (B2).
