Summary

Wendover Railway Station - Former London Underground station, now railway station, opened by the Metropolitan Railway on 1st September 1892 when it branched off the would-be main line to Chesham with an extension from Chalfont Road (now Chalfont and Latimer) to Aylesbury. Metropolitan services ceased to serve the station on 10th September 1961 with services thereafter provided by British Rail from Marylebone.
