Description
Grade II. Garden building. Mid C19. Classical style. Built of brick, cement-rendered, with slate roof. Rectangular shape of three bays. Front has arcade with three round-headed arches with impost blocks, two Tuscan half columns and two Tuscan pilasters, with entablature surmounted by ball finials. It is approached up three steps (B3).
Condition survey carried out in October 2007 by Oxley Conservation concluded building in a good condition following extensive repairs earlier in 2007. See report for detail (B11).
