POSSIBLE WHARF? BELOW SITE OF ROMAN CORN-DRYING OVEN WAS FOUND AN INLET CUT INTO RIVER OUSE. PETRIFIED TIMBERS WERE TAKEN UP IN DREDGING (B1).
