THAME ABBEY HELD LANDS IN SAUNDERTON, AFTERWARDS CALLED SAUNDERTON GRANGE, GRANTED TO IT IN FREE ALMS IN C12 BY ROBERT DE SAUNDERTON. (MANORIAL HISTORY)(B1).
POST-DISSOLUTION, KING HENRY VIII GRANTED THESE LANDS TO NEWLY ERECTED CATHEDRAL OF OXFORD. THESE LANDS APPEAR TO BE SAUNDERTON GRANGE FARM (B2).
