Description
Thame Abbey held lands in Saunderton, afterwards called Saunderton Grange, granted to it in free alms in C12 by Robert de Saunderton. (Manorial history)(B1).
Post-dissolution, King Henry VIII granted these lands to newly erected cathedral of Oxford. These lands appear to be Saunderton Grange Farm (B2).
