Description
Excavations carried out by Oxford Archaeological Unit in 1996 in advance of construction of the Eton Rowing Lake revealed a crouched inhumation burial approx 3m to the N of the ditch of the south-easternmost of the 4 ring-ditches in 'Area 6' (B12).
