  • WALK (18th Century - 1700 AD to 1799 AD)

Description

The English Heritage survey of Stowe undertaken in 2001 notes a slight linear bank, best seen from aerial photographs. The feature overlies the ridge and furrow and its alignment would suggest that it is an extension to the Abele Walk from the early 18th century (B19).
