Description

The English Heritage survey of Stowe undertaken in 2001 notes some slight earthworks comprising of two short lengths of bank and a tree hole. The tree hole is likely to be the remain of a 19th century planting, as perhaps are the banks. The medieval ridge and furrow is on the other side of the Course and the banks may relate to this. (19)
