Description

The English Heritage survey of Stowe undertaken in 2001 notes a ditch, N of the walled gardens at Dadford, running for 70m. The profile is 1.5m wide x 0.3m deep, and it is interpreted as relating to the building of the walls for the walled garden and hence of similar date (2).
